That feeling of euphoria when you’ve pushed yourself that little bit further! It’s been a month since a run this long, and so I am delighted. It means my body hasn’t instantly forgotting the whole running mechanics. It can still breathe and run at the same time. And those endorphins have most definitely been released!
Yes, today is a good #janathon and #vlm2015 day!
Tomorrow is a rest(ish) day.
